ANGELICA BUDRAM, PASTRY CHEF & OWNER

Hi! My name is Angelica, but my friends and family sometimes call me Jelly or Jelica. I know I don't actually have a "J" in my name, but "Gelly or Gelica" just isn't as fun.

Jelly's Kitchen started as a cute lil hobby when I was 16, making cakes for my friends and family during high school. It quickly grew into something I absolutely loved and with the support of my amazing friends and family,  After getting my degree and completing the Pastry Arts program at SPSCC, I turned my passion into a thriving home bakery. I knew this was truly my calling when after every exhausting cake challenge I kept coming back to it.

My dream is to one day turn Jelly's Kitchen into a brick-and-mortar shop where the magic can happen every day. Through my business I am able to combine my love for art and creativity with the deliciousness and reward of baking. I believe cakes should be as fun and vibrant as the moments they celebrate, and I can’t wait to keep spreading sweetness and creativity in every bite!
